Safe School Environment

Jim Jordan is an expert on anti-bullying, harassment, and intimidation. During his 13+ years of speaking to thousands of students, there was always a common concern with students. They expressed, "I don't want to be called a snitch". This lead us to create SKOOMIN- an app that would assist in maintaining a safe school environment. It offers a live anonymous reporting system, easy to use program with 24/7 access.

Anonymous Reporting

Many students will not speak up fearing retribution - if caught by their peers. Since bullies like to intimidate those that speak up our team has developed an anonymous reporting system (SKOOMIN) which empowers students to speak up safely and without feeling they will be shunned.

Live Chat

Real-time text-based communication is what makes SKOOMIN so powerful. Students can report LIVE to their principal. This allows the principal to resolve situations as soon as possible. Students can ask about the progress of submitted reports. The chat option will remain available until the report is marked as completed by the principal. Resolved reports can also be seen from the resolved reports tab located on the SKOOMIN app.

Instant Notifications

From the Skoomin app- Principals can notify students with reminders, updates, new activities, timely information and send custom notifications to students. From the Report Submission tab, students can send a notification of a report to the principal. Notification alerts both the student and principal to actively take action. The notification tab is available on the main screen of SKOOMIN (this is the location of all previous notifications)
